Samsung has introduced the Galaxy S25 Ultra as the company’s flagship model in the Galaxy S25 smartphone series at the Galaxy Unpacked event. This year’s model boasts an improved 50-megapixel ultrawide camera and can record Log video, similar to Apple’s iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro models. It will also come with the latest AI features such as Now Brief. The company’s apps now support Google’s Gemini AI assistant, making it easier for users to use apps like Samsung Notes while watching YouTube or using another app.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra Price, Availability
The Samsung Galaxy S25 starts at $1,299 (about Rs 1,12,300) for the base model with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It is also available in a 12GB+256GB variant priced at $1,419 (around Rs. 1,22,700), and another with a 12GB+512GB version costing $1,659 (approximately Rs. 1,43,400). In India, the Galaxy S25 Ultra starts at Rs 1,29,999.
It is available in four color options: Titaniium Black, Titaniium Gray, Titaniium Silverblue, and Titaniium Whitesilver. Plus, there will be three exclusive colors available only on the company’s website. The three exclusive color options include Titanium Jadegreen, Titanium Jetblack, and Titanium Pinkgold. It is available for pre-orders, and it will officially go on sale in the US on February 7.

It is dual SIM smartphones that run on Android 15 with One UI 7. It also supports Galaxy AI features and will receive Android OS and security updates for seven years. It is powered by a custom Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chip and comes with 12GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage. It features a 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 1Hz-120Hz variable refresh rate and up to 2,600nits peak brightness. It comes with slightly rounded corners.
