Apple has launched the iPad Air (2025) as an upgraded version of its model from last year. Along with this, the company also introduced the 11th generation iPad (2025), which runs on the A16 Bionic chip and starts with 128GB of storage.
Price & Availability
The iPad Air (2025) costs Rs 59,900 for the 11-inch Wi-Fi model, while the Wi-Fi + Cellular version is priced at Rs 74,900. The 13-inch model with Wi-Fi is priced at Rs 79,900 and Rs 94,900 for the Wi-Fi + Cellular option. It will be available in four color options, including blue, purple, space gray, and starlight. Whereas, the iPad (2025) is priced at Rs 34,900 for the WiFi model.
The Wi-Fi + Cellular version is priced at Rs 49,900. It will be available in four color options, including blue, pink, silver, and yellow. The Magic Keyboard for the iPad Air (2025) comes in two size options, which include an 11-inch model and a 13-inch variant that cost Rs 26,900 and Rs 29,900, respectively. The Magic Keyboard Folio for the iPad (2025) costs Rs 24,900. Both the tablets will be available for purchase starting from March 12. However, both are available for pre-orders.

The most notable upgrade in the iPad Air (2025) is Apple’s M3 chip. It is said that it is twice as fast as the M1 chip used in the previous model. It runs on iPadOS 18 and supports Apple Intelligence features. As per the company, the M3 chip improves graphics performance with capabilities like hardware-accelerated ray tracing, mesh shading, and dynamic caching.
The new iPad Air comes with a Liquid Retina LCD display. It comes in two size options, one with an 11-inch display and one with a 13-inch screen. For optics, it offers a 12MP wide rear camera and a 12MP front camera.
iPad Air offers a range of connectivity, including Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3. The Wi-Fi + Cellular models also offer GPS, 5G, and 4G LTE. The tablet has sensors like a gyroscope, accelerometer, barometer, ambient light sensor, and a fingerprint sensor for Touch ID. The 11-inch model houses a 28.93Wh battery, while the 13-inch model houses a 36.59Wh battery. According to Apple, the iPad Air (2025) offers up to 10 hours of video playback on Wi-Fi and up to 9 hours on Wi-Fi + Cellular.
