Samsung has been working to shift from Qualcomm to its own Exynos platform for some time but has struggled with production challenges, particularly the inability to produce enough chipsets to meet the demand for its smartphones.
Earlier Samsung planned to feature Exynos 2500 chipset for the Galaxy S25 series, However, the plan didn’t work due to manufacturing challenges, as per the report.
This adds to the previous rumors of an affordable Samsung foldable phone, but the flagship Exynos 2500 chipset hints at a more premium device.
