The iPhone SE 4 could debut in the first quarter of this year. Ahead of its official launch, a lot of speculation has already surfaced online, creating a stir.
A new leak suggests the phone might launch under a different name.
According to tipster Majin Bu, the iPhone SE 4 will be named the iPhone 16E. This name matches the way the iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, and iPhone 16 Pro Max were named when they were launched in September. Earlier, the tipster Fixed Focus Digital also suggested that the next SE phone could be renamed to ‘iPhone 16e.’.
The tipster has also shared supposed case designs for the iPhone SE 4 or iPhone 16E. The case has a camera cutout in the top left corner of the back. The design is expected to be similar to the iPhone 14.

It is said that Apple will use a similar processor to the entry-level iPhone 16 in the new model. This will add Apple’s intelligent features to the new phone.
It is expected to feature 8GB of RAM. It is said that it will feature a 6.06-inch LTPS OLED display with a peak brightness of 800 nits.
The speculations also suggest that the upcoming phone will support Face ID. It is expected to come with a 3,279mAh battery. It will feature a 48 MP rear camera like the latest iPhone 16. The next iPhone SE is expected to be priced under $500 (around Rs 42,000).
