The prepaid plan for Rs 100 offers a complimentary ad-supported subscription for 90 days. The plan itself is valid for 90 days and includes only data benefits. According to the telecommunications operator, it offers a total of 5GB of high-speed internet, and once it’s used up, the speed will drop to 64 kbps. The complimentary JioHotstar subscription will work on both mobile and TV.
JioHotstar’s ad-supported plan starts at Rs 149 per month, allowing streaming on one mobile device in 720p resolution.
The premium plan is priced at Rs 299 per month and Rs 1,499 per year. Reliance Jio also introduced another prepaid plan with the same ad-supported JioHotstar subscription, priced at Rs 949. It includes 2GB of fast 5G data every day, 100 SMS every day, and unlimited voice calls. The speed decreases to 64 kbps after the daily data limit is reached.
The recently launched Rs 195 prepaid plan is designed for users who need more data. It offers a complimentary subscription to JioHotstar, allowing users to watch ongoing tournaments, movies, shows, anime, documentaries, and other live sports. The plan also comes with a Cricket Data Pack for extra benefits.
