Apple is reportedly launching two new iPad Pro models later this year, with upgrades to the current versions.
Last year, the California-based tech giant launched iPad Pro models with M4 chipsets in May.
Additionally, the iPad Air lineup is rumoured to receive an update in 2025.
As per the report by The Elec, Apple might launch at least one new iPad Pro model in 2025. However, it is also said that updates for both the 11-inch and 13-inch iPad Pro models could happen this year.
It is said that these new models will come with minor improvements over the current OLED versions, with designs similar to the existing ones.
A report suggests that the South Korean firm LX Semicon will likely supply display drivers for the purported iPad Pro this year.
Mass production of the components is expected to begin in April or May, with the official launch of the refreshed iPad Pro possibly happening later this year.
The new iPad with iPadOS 18.3 is likely to launch by April, alongside the rumoured iPhone SE 4, as per an earlier report. It is expected to come with 8GB of RAM. It is said that it will feature Apple Intelligence capabilities.
Another report adds that the new iPad Air models with 11-inch and 13-inch display options are likely to launch with the M3 chipset. This will be an upgrade from the current iPad Air lineup, which uses the M2 chipset.
