Apple has released iOS 18.4 Beta 2 for developers and testers. This update supports Visual Intelligence on iPhone 15 Pro models, according to Apple’s changelog. This is powered by Apple Intelligence and helps users to quickly learn about objects and places. Additionally, it can summarise text, translate languages, and detect phone numbers or email addresses with the option to add to contacts.
It also allows users to enable Google search, solve math problems, or ask ChatGPT for more information about anything they see. On the iPhone 16, this feature works with the new Camera Control button, but on the iPhone 15 Pro, users can turn it on using the Action button or the Control Centre. Apple has also introduced new toggles in the Control Centre for two features: Talk to Siri and Visual Intelligence.
As earlier announced, the update adds a new Apple Vision app for iPhone. It allows users to download apps and games for the Vision Pro from the App Store, explore movies and shows made for the headset, get tips, and find other useful info about it.
iPhone users can now access seven new emojis, including a tired face, fingerprint, shovel, paint splatter, leafless tree, harp, and more. It is available for download on iPhone. Along with iOS 18.4 Beta 2, Apple has also rolled out new beta updates for iPad, Mac, Vision Pro, Apple TV, and Apple Watch.
