Instagram, a social media platform owned by Meta, experienced a board outage today, affecting many users across India.
Several users across the country started reporting the issues on the app from 9:34 AM.
As per the Downdetector, a crowd-sourced platform for tracking outages, around 41% of users faced log-in issues, 40% of the users reported server connectivity issues, and the rest 19% faced issues with the Instagram feed.
Many users voiced their dissatisfaction from Instagram on X (formerly known as Twitter), raising concerns and highlighting the issues that left them disappointed.

Now the services have been resumed. The Meta-owned social media platform has not released any official clarification yet.
