The iPhone 17 series is said to hit the market later this year as a successor to the iPhone 16 lineup. Ahead of its launch, a lot of speculation about its specifications surfaced online over the past few weeks.
A new leak reveals a visor-style camera module, replacing the square camera island featured in recent iPhones.
According to a post by tipster Majin Bu (@MajinBuOfficial) on X, leaked live images of the back panels of phones, claimed to be the iPhone 17.
However, the tipster didn’t mention which iPhone variant it was. It is said that it might be the regular iPhone 17. The shared picture reveals a visor-style camera, a pill-like module at the top of the back panel with a single camera cutout in the left corner.
iPhone 17 Series Key Specifications (Expected)
Apple is expected to add 48 MP telephoto cameras with 5x optical zoom in the rumored iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max. It is said that iPhone 17 Pro models will feature 24 MP front camera sensors.
It is also speculated that the iPhone 17 Air could be around 5.5mm thick and support eSIM connectivity. It is expected to come with A18 or A19 chipsets.
It is likely to offer advanced Apple Intelligence features, enhancing its smart capabilities and 8GB of RAM.
