Meta is reportedly planning to add screens to its smart glasses to boost the features. This new version of Ray-Ban is said to be launched in the second half of 2025. The screens will provide users with notifications and responses to queries received from Meta AI, as per the report of the Financial Times.
At present, the Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses come with a 12 MP ultra-wide camera, open-ear speakers, and microphones. These features let users take pictures, listen to music, and chat while on the move. The glasses are available for $299 (Rs 25,000). However, the present Ray-Ban Meta glasses do not have a visual display. The upcoming glasses will feature a display to provide a more immersive and hands-free experience.
