Samsung has announced that the Galaxy F06 5G will launch on February 12 in India, as per a listing on an e-commerce website. The upcoming smartphone will be unveiled at 12 PM IST and it will be available for purchase on Flipkart and Samsung’s retail stores.
The price of the Galaxy F06 will be between Rs 9,000 and Rs 9,999. It will come in two color options: Bahama Blue and Lit Violet.
The Samsung Galaxy F06 5G will feature a 6.8-inch HD+LCD display with a peak brightness of 800 nits. It is powered by a Dimensity 6300 chip and offers up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.
It will have a waterdrop notch for the selfie camera, large bezels, and a thick bottom chin. It is confirmed that the upcoming device will offer a 50MP main camera and a 2MP depth sensor. The selfies and video calls are handled by an 8MP selfie camera.
The device will receive four years of Android updates and security patches, says the company. It houses a 5,000mAh battery and supports 25W wired charging.
The charger won’t be included in the box, so customers have to buy the charger separately. The phone will also have a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for security.
