Samsung has announced the Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+ at the Galaxy Unpacked event. The devices come with a triple camera setup, led by a 50MP primary camera. Both smartphones come with Android 15 pre-installed, along with the company’s One UI 7 interface.
According to the company, the Samsung Galaxy S25 series will come with the latest AI features, like Now Brief and Night Video with Audio Eraser.
Users will also get access to Google Gemini features in apps like Samsung Notes. Additionally, the Galaxy S25 series will receive up to seven years of OS and security updates.
Samsung Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+ Price & Availability
The Samsung Galaxy S25 starts at $799 (around Rs 69,100) for the base model, which offers 12GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. It also comes in a 12GB+256GB version, which is priced at $859 (around Rs 74,300). The price for the 12GB+512GB model hasn’t been announced yet. In India, the Galaxy S25 will be available starting at Rs 80,999.
The Samsung Galaxy S25+ starts at $999 (roughly Rs 86,400) for the base model, which offers 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. This is also available in a 12GB+512GB version, which is priced at $1,119 (roughly Rs 96,700). In India, the Galaxy S25+ price begins at Rs. 99,999.
The Galaxy S25 will be available in four color options: Icy Blue, Mint, Navy, and Silver Shadow. Plus, there will be three exclusive colors available only on their website. The three exclusive color options include Blueblack, Coralred, and Pinkgold. Pre-orders for the phone start today, and it will officially go on sale in the US on February 7.

The Samsung Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+ are both dual SIM smartphones that run on Android 15 with One UI 7. Both the devices are powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy processor and come with 12GB of RAM.
The Galaxy S25 features a 6.2-inch Full-HD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and 2,600nits peak brightness. Whereas the Galaxy S25+ comes with a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness as the standard model.
The Galaxy S25 comes with a triple-camera setup. It features a 50 MP camera, a 12 MP ultra-wide camera, and a 10 MP telephoto camera. For selfies, both the Galaxy S25 and S25+ come with a 12 MP front camera.
The handsets come with a range of connectivity options: 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, NFC, and a USB Type-C port. Both models offer an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 houses a 4,000mAh battery that can be charged at 25W. The Galaxy S25+ comes with a 4,900mAh battery with support for 45W charging.
