Sony is reportedly planning a State of Play games showcase for later this month.
The well-known tipster, Nate the Hate, claimed in response to an X user that Sony’s next State of Play showcase would take place this month.
The tipster suggested that the presentation might take place in the middle of February, around Valentine’s Day. The company has not confirmed the State of Play stream yet.
In 2024, the State of Play event was livestreamed on September 24. In the last event, Sony unveiled Ghost of Yotei, the follow-up to Ghost of Tsushima from Sucker Punch. The event was all about updates, announcements, and trailers for over 20 games coming to PS5 and PS VR2.
It is said that for the next State of Play, the company can come up with updates on upcoming PS5 games like Ghost of Yotei, Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, Phantom Blade Zero, Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet, and others.
Sony might also share updates on Marvel’s Wolverine from Insomniac Games.
