You may transfer or request money, change your UPI PIN, and check the balance of your account with this mobile banking service.
Moreover, you can choose the language of your preference while using this service. Associated with 83 different banks and four telecom service providers, using UPI offline has become easier than ever.
As per Cleartax, the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) started the service of *99# to process transactions of UPI across several banks in India. All you need to do is dial the USSD number on your registered mobile number, and you can transact the money with the help of an interactive menu available on the mobile screen.
The maximum you can transact as of now is ₹5000 and there will be a transaction charge of ₹0.50 as well.
Set up the offline UPI in a few easy simple steps. Just dial *99# and follow the simple steps. Enter the required details like the IFSC Code of your bank and your debit card details as well.
