Initially, back in November, Google rolled out the ‘Pixel Watch fully charged’ notification to enhance the user experience during charging. But it was available for limited users.
However, recent reports indicate that the notification is now widely accessible to more users. Following the most recent server-side update, many more people are receiving this notification without needing to manually update their devices.
The feature was designed to inform users when their watch reaches 100% by sending a notification.
This simple yet effective notification helps the users to manage the charging routine. Once the user’s watch is fully charged, the companion app sends a notification saying, ‘Your watch is at 100%.’
Another alternative that Pixel phone users can opt for is to directly connect the watch to the phone’s Bluetooth to charge by either checking the Bluetooth QS Tile or via the Battery widget.
The Pixel Watch can integrate with a variety of Android phones, so users don’t have to be a Pixel phone owner to get this warning.
However, more and more users reported receiving notifications about this feature, but Google has not made any statements regarding this.
