The phone looks like something straight from The Barbie DreamHouse. It comes with Barbie covers, each with a different design and even has a beaded lanyard with iconic Barbie charms for added style.

To add some more Y2K bling, the external display comes with a mirror. Talking about the camera, it comes with a 5 MP rear camera with LED flash.

It has a 1450 mAh1 removable battery with a C-type charging USB port. With a fully charged device, you can talk for up to 9 hours.

Talking about some other external features, the flip phone has a 3.5 mm headphone jack, MicroSD card support up to 32 GB, an in-built FM radio, and an MP3 Player.

This quirky phone will be available for pre-order in the US from September 23rd onwards for $129. 

The HMD Barbie Flip Phone may look all basic but it is way beyond that. It is an interesting road down memory lane which will remind us all how fun it is to live the real life rather than the online one.
