Netflix has launched a new feature ‘Moments’ for mobiles that will allow users to save, relive, and share their favorite Netflix scenes.
Earlier, taking screenshots or screen recording while streaming was restricted on Netflix.
Now, with this new feature, users can share their favorite movie scenes directly to their social media with a single click, as per the blog post of Netflix.
How To Save & Share Your Favorite Netflix Scenes
To save a particular scene of the movie you just have to tap ‘Moments’ at the bottom of your screen. It will be saved in your My Netflix tab. If you rewatch the episode, it will begin right from the scene you have saved.
You can share it on your Instagram or Facebook handle. You can share a Moment as you create it or you can select the scenes from the My Netflix tab and then tap to share it on all your social media platforms.
To watch shared scenes, your followers can click the post, which will direct them to that specific scene in their own Netflix app.
Availability
This new feature is available on iOS devices. It will be available on Android devices in the next few weeks.
As per the company, this new feature coincides with a new Netflix global brand campaign called ‘It’s So Good’, showcasing special moments with artists like Cardi B, Simone Biles, and Giancarlo Esposito.
