Samsung is set to launch its Galaxy S25 series next year, but the exact date remains under wraps. It is said that this series will have three models: Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra. Amidst widespread speculation online, the exact launch date has been leaked.
According to the tipster Abhishek Yadav, one of the most anticipated Samsung Galaxy S25 series will launch on January 22. The previous rumors suggested that the upcoming series will launch on January 23; it’s now clear that the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25 Plus, and Galaxy S25 Ultra will be arriving soon. This would come a few days after the Galaxy S24 series’ launch date on January 17th.
The upcoming series appeared on the FCC website, and its Ultra model was also spotted in the Camera FV-5 database, suggesting that its arrival is just around the corner.
It is speculated to come with 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB storage configurations. Additionally, it is said that it will come with a new 16GB RAM option.
As per the rumors, the Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+ will come in Midnight Black, Sparkling Green, Moon Night Blue, Sparkling Blue, and Silver Shadow color options. Whereas, the Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to come in Titanium Black, Titanium Blue, Titanium Grey, and Titanium Silver.
Speculations also suggest that the Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25 Plus will be powered by Qualcomm’s next-generation chipset, the Snapdragon 8 Elite.
The Ultra model is expected to feature a 6.8-inch screen with higher peak brightness and better color accuracy. The smaller Galaxy S25 might come with a 6.17-inch display. The Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25 Plus, and Galaxy S25 Ultra are anticipated to come with Android 15 and One UI 7.
For optics, Samsung is anticipated to keep the 200MP main camera and the 50MP periscope telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom. It is said that the ultrawide camera might feature a 50MP lens, while the telephoto camera could have a 50MP lens with 3x optical zoom.
