We all know having access to our Gmail account is quite important as it provides access to all online services,  the data we have stored, and the photos we have backed up in the account. Forgetting your Gmail password can be quite frustrating, especially when you do not have access to your recovery email account or phone number. However, as every lock has a key, the same way every problem has a solution, we just need to calmly look for alternative options.

Google offers alternative ways to recover your account. In this article, we will discuss the step-by-step process of recovering a Gmail account without a phone number or recovery email.

Step 1: Go to the Google Account Recovery page or visit this link.

Step 2: Enter your Gmail username and then click on next.

Step 3: After clicking next, you will be able to see three options: Enter your password, Get a verification email on recovery email, and Try another way to sign in. Click on Try another way to sign in. This option will lead you to alternative recovery methods.

Step 4: If you are logged in with the same account on another device like a computer or tablet. You will receive a notification on it. Click on ‘Yes’ and verify your identity to log in to your account.

Step 5: If in case you failed to verify your account through another device. Google sends a password reset link to your registered email address after 72 hours.

Step 6: After three days, meaning 72 hours, you will get the link. Click on the link. This link will take you to a page where you can set a new password. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the reset.

If everything else fails, we can contact Google Support. You can visit the Google Account Help Center and look for options to contact support. They might ask some questions related to your account to verify your identity.

By following these simple steps you will be able to recover your Gmail account without a phone number and recovery email.
