MediaTek Dimensity 6400 Specifications
The Dimensity 6400 is an octa-core 6nm chipset. It has two powerful Cortex-A76 cores clocked at 2.5GHz and six efficient Cortex-A55 cores running at 2GHz.
This core configuration is similar to both the Dimensity 6300 and Dimensity 6100+ chips that had slightly slower performance cores clocked at 2.4GHz and 2.2GHz, respectively. It also comes with the Mali-G57 MC2 GPU and LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 2.2 storage.
The MediaTek Dimensity 6400 supports Full-HD AMOLED displays with 1,080×2,520 pixels and a refresh rate of 120Hz. It can also handle cameras with resolutions of up to 108 megapixels, as per the company.
The company says that Dimensity 6400 comes with a 3GPP Release-16 compliant 5G modem, allowing download speeds of up to 3.3 Gbps. It offers 5G (both SA and NSA), 4G LTE, 3G, and 2G networks. The chipset also works with Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.2, and dual-band GPS for better connectivity.
The Realme P3x 5G will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 6400. The handset will feature a 6,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging and is also confirmed to have IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.
